T3C Objectives:
• Develop strong athlete collaboration which fosters trust, accountability, and improvement
• Implement goals-based training, catering to all levels of triathlon experience
• Representation of athletes across community, national, and international sporting stages
• Establishment of a team culture which supports each individual, and benefits the broader triathlon community
T3C was founded by Megan Hall, an Olympic triathlete. Megan’s passion for and success in swimming and running during her youth served as a foundation to transition into triathlon during her late teens. Megan’s first World Championships were as a Junior in Wellington, New Zealand in1994. At this event, Megan’s first place out of the swim and her ninth-place finish in her third standard-distance race ignited a life-long passion for the incredible sport of triathlon. Her competitive career ceased when she competed at the Athens 2004 Olympics.
T3c philosophy
T3C’s mission is to create an inclusive squad made of individuals striving to achieve their greatest personal and triathlete potential.
T3C’s foundational values are: patience, support, respect, and integrity.
The T3C squad includes a diverse mix of athletes, encompassing junior development; under-23’s, elite competitors, over 50’s World Triathletes, and also includes many doing triathlon training as a discipline to remain fit and healthy.
