Squad swim 6:00am @ Stromlo Leisure Centre

Run and Bike

Run and bike sessions are currently paused until warmer weather.

Tuesday:

Run Session 5:30pm @ Henry Rolland Park

Thursday:

Bike Session 6:00am @ Stromlo Criterion Track
